At Adorian’s Shop, we work hard to make sure your order is carefully prepared and delivered safely to you. Please read the information below before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared within 2–5 business days.

Personalized and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 4–10 business days
🌎 International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to postal services, customs, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

📍 Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Adorian’s Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbours, and your local delivery service.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

⏳ Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, we will always do our best to assist you if your order is significantly delayed.
